The dishes on the menu of Le Saut de la Bergère are mostly based on the region, the department Corrèze. As far as possible are the ingredients obtained at local producers, like the trouts from the pisciculture in Aubazine. We are especially interested in producers who have a concern for the environment and a natural way of producing.

You have a choice in several menus, for example the ‘menu du jour’. This menu is served from Monday till Friday at lunchtime. Every day something different, everyday a surprise! To make your stay in our restaurant even more worthwhile, the Chef creates a range of culinary specialties, using local products. In the ‘menu du terroir’ you discover specialities, based on the regions products: foie gras, mushrooms, trout, nuts, duck and the famous limousine beef. And for the guests who like to have a meal without meat or fish are tasty vegetarian alternatives on the menu.
