Table d’hôtes. 

Every evening we serve diner for our guests, the table d’hôtes. Marja, your hostess, has much experience (six years) as a chef in a French restaurant.You will be treated with a four courses menu based on ingredients of the region, served with the smile of your host Joop.
Marja is always looking for fresh ingredients with the local producers near Aubazine.
Everything is homemade, like the terrine with local mushrooms, the foie gras, all the desserts and the pastries.
The department Corrèze is famous for the fine quality of the meat, such as the veal (stays with the mother and drinks her milk) and the beef Limousin, and also the walnut, the ingredient for the famous ‘gateau aux noix’.
And the trout’s from the pisciculture from Aubazine, with their soft flesh, are prepared with special attention.

For 24 € you will have a gastronomic meal, aperitif, a carafe wine and coffee included.
